We all know how good tofu is for us, but let’s face it, a lot of us think of it as very dull or just simply don’t know what to do with it. Have your ideas about this fantastic health food completely turned around and learn how to turn tofu into tasty and versatile dishes that pack a real protein and calcium punch.

Spend a fun afternoon with experienced vegan cook and demonstrator, Nicky Owers, and sample some tasty dishes, plus get lots of tips about the different types of tofu, where to buy it, and its different preparations.
